About Diane

Power of YOU Life Coaching was created from a simple but deeply held understanding: People are not broken. They are patterned.

Her Story
For most of my life, I have been drawn to understanding why people think, feel, and behave the way they do — not from judgment, but from curiosity and compassion.
Over time, this led me to formal coaching training and to behavioral frameworks that explain personality and human response patterns, including the Enneagram.
What became clear through both study and experience is that much of what people struggle with is not failure — it is misunderstanding.
When people understand their patterns, their reactions begin to make sense. When reactions make sense, shame softens. When shame softens, change becomes possible.
This is the foundation of my work.
My Approach

Grounded in behavioral science,
informed by the Enneagram

My coaching is grounded in human behavioral science and informed by the Enneagram. Rather than trying to change who you are, we work to understand how your personality structure formed, how it operates, and how it shapes your perceptions, emotions, and decisions.
This process is not about labeling or categorizing. It is about increasing accurate self-understanding.
As awareness grows, people naturally begin to relate to themselves with greater compassion and less self-judgment. From that place, clarity strengthens and choices begin to align more closely with who they truly are.
The goal is not behavior control or personality change. It is understanding — and from understanding, new responses become possible.
Why This Work Matters

Many people move through life believing something is wrong with them.

They experience recurring reactions, internal conflicts, or decisions that don’t feel aligned, and assume these reflect weakness or failure.
But behavior is not random. It follows patterns shaped by personality, nervous system response, and life experience.
When those patterns are understood, people are able to respond rather than react, trust themselves more consistently, and move toward lives that feel more coherent and internally aligned.
